Getting "access denied" errors on SharePoint WCM pages

This happened to me after setting the portalsuperuseraccount:
stsadm -o setproperty
-propertyname portalsuperuseraccount
-propertyvalue mydomain\cachesuperuser
-url http://blahblah.com
Need to give the portalsuperuseraccount full rights.
